Fachada y Calle	This modern casa is situated on Boca (Piro Guinart) at the entrance of town, arriving from Cienfuegos. At the other end of the street is the Viazul bus terminal and the access to the pedestrian-only colonial quarter, the casco historico. The facade on the street may not seem inviting *but what a luverly surprise* when you get up one flight by a private corkscrew staircase and come to a totally private patio with the Escambray mountains on the horizon. Luis has been renting for many years. He completely redid the floor, adding a thatched awning (called a ranchon) over the terrace table and chairs, bringing shade to the street side of the roof. Both large ac bedrooms boast two double beds, fridge, roof ventilation and their own ensuite bathroom. A recently-added rooftop terrace with lawn chairs offers fabulous views of the Escambray on the horizon. Guests enjoy their privacy with their own independent entrance. Entrée privée pour accès à l'étage S'y trouvent deux grandes chambres indépendantes, climatisées chacune avec ventilateurs au plafond, deux lits doubles et une salle de bain privée. Jolie terrasse ensoleillée, privée et réservée à la clientèle. L'étage ayant été rénové, elle est désormais couverte à l'avant (avec un ranchon) et complètement réaménagée; une deuxième terrasse sur le toit permet de jolies vues des montagnes. Entrada privada para el acceso a la planta. En esta planta son dos grandes dormitorios independientes, cada con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, con dos camas dobles y su proprio cuarto de baño. Terraza soleada, privada y reservada para los clientes. El piso entero fue renovado, está ahora cubierto è adelante y completamente remodelado con su linda ranchon. Tout d'abord la chambre était comme sur la photo, très propre, confortable et éclairée par la lumière naturelle. D'autre part Luis et sa famille ont été très gentils avec nous, Luis est un excellent bavard et je me souviendrai avec beaucoup d'affection de son père Don Rafael avec qui j'ai également eu l'occasion de discuter. La maison est à seulement deux pâtés de maisons du terminal de bus et tout près du centre de Trinidad, nous n'avons donc pas dû dépenser plus pour les transports.
