Dayra is a dentist and married to Jose Enrique, manager of a car rental company. Daughter of Omara Carrillo Magdaleno - retired teacher who rents in front - she acquired the building in 2009, lives upstairs and has been renting since 2015. A large living room with a very high ceiling, a space with chairs and sofas leading up to the floor of the owners and towards the narrow patio and the large bedroom with two beds, a bedside lamp a wardrobe, air conditioning (split), fan and the bathroom at the bottom with shower and sink. The room is comfortable and well soundproofed. The kitchen at the back is no longer used but has two antiques: a tap with a filter and a coal-fired water heater. Dayra counts to rent a second room with private bathroom, accessible by the stairs of the bottom. The building is more than 60 years old and was designed by the architects Anibal Simon and Camacho in 1953. Below, the initial estimate. Dayra Quincoses Carrillo La casa de estilo moderna fuy erigida en 1953 por los arquitectos Anibal Simon y Camacho que posiblemente hacia el diseño de la casa El Chalet a pocos pasos. (Presupuesto de la construccion en 1954 abajo.) Dayra Quincoses Carrillo es dentista casada con Jose Enrique Gonzalez Rodriguez, gestionario en empresa de rentacar y hija de Omara Carrillo Magdaleno, profesora jubilada que renta en frente. Adquirio el inmueble en 2009 y renta desde 2015 el piso de abajo con uso de la sala portal con sofas y sillas, una antesala-comedor al lado del impresionante escalera que llega al apartamento de Dayra y su marido arriba. No se utiliza ahora la cocina pero tiene todavia antiguedades : un filtrador de agua y calentador de agua con carbon. La pareja tiene el proyecto de amenajar una secunda habitacion arriba de la cocina con su baño privado. Tarifario : 20-25cuc por noche segun la temporada; desayunos y cenas se disfrutan en frente en el patio de Omara; lavanderia. |
