Location — Situated within a stone's throw of the magnificent Plaza Mayor in the colonial centre of town, this circa 1808 colonial is the home of a retired town historian and his charming, knowledgeable and highly intellectual as well as practical daughter (and mother of a teenage son) — Liliana. Her retired and disabled father, Carlos was the one who undertook the first renovation work of the casa which became the Museo Romantico immediately next door. He even had to give part of his (then) enormous patio to accomodate visitors next door.
Off the patio in a "art deco nouveau" style independent green casa, they rent two separate bedrooms : one is located on ground floor with two double beds and its own bathroom. The other is upstairs, off the patio : see three small windows near roof - first photo below; it has a/c, one double bed which takes almost the whole space, a fan and a mini fridge.
Guests will enjoy the large portal living room in front, a covered patio, the large open one. Meals are served; laundry service. Parking nearby in municipal guarded spot on street.

Maison coloniale datant de 1808, habitée par l'historien de la ville, celui-là même qui a entrepris les travaux de réfection du musée dont il est le voisin mitoyen et à qui il a dû céder une partie de son (très immense à l'époque) patio parce que ledit Museo Romantico Brunet n'en avait pas.
Sa charmante fille Liliana s'intéresse et touche à tout, élève un ado, est hautement éduquée et formidablement dynamique et enjouée. Sa casa compte de belles grandes pièces de séjour, un vaste patio intérieur offrant sécurité, propreté et confort.
o Attenante au patio et de style différent de la facade coloniale dans une autre casa, de style « art déco nouveau », une chambre nouvellement rénovée avec deux lits doubles , salle de bain privée et 2 ventilateurs : photo en bas de page à gauche ;
o A l'étage de la même casa, une autre chambre, climatisée, petite avec un lit double occupant quasi tout l'espace, ventilateur. Sur la photo ci-dessous, les trois petites fenêtres près du toit. Accès par le portail ouvragé blanc.
Repas servis. Service de lessive. Conseils touristiques locaux. Stationnement assuré dans les espaces publics réservés et surveillés à cet effet, à deux rues.
