 On this, the most quiet central street in town (Chinchiquira is almost a dead-end street — parallel to main street Maceo — which passes by the town's City Hall Square), Bernardo — who acquired experience on a nearby Ancon beach hotel — rents two aircon bedrooms : from the back of the casa, behind the kitchen, a corkscrew stairway leads up to the first bedroom with its private terrace (with views of surroundings and Sarahi's patio next door), fridge, table, chairs and ornemental plants where guests can enjoy breakfasts and dinners. The second bedroom is on the ground floor with its own private bathroom and, behind the kitchen, a tiny enclosed terrace. |

One bedroom has two old beds and the other a double bed and a single, ensuite bathroom, airconditioning and ceiling fan, refrigerator. The terrace=balcony is a nice place to relax, read or enjoy breakfast and dinner." N.B. Two couples or a family renting both bedrooms have the use of the whole casa including the compact kitchen, as Bernardo sleeps elsewhere. He used to live with spouse Sarahi next door. Bernardo takes pride in being listed in various guides such as the English Lonely Planet, the French Petit Futé and the German Stefan Loose. |

Sur Chinchiquira, une petite rue très calme parallèle à Maceo, Bernardo — qui compte de l'expérience en tourisme, ayant travaillé pour un hôtel de la péninsule d'Ancon — propose deux chambres climatisées : depuis le fond de la casa et la mini-terrasse derrière la cuisine, un escalier en tirebouchon mène au toit et la chambre avec sa terrasse.
« Je loue deux chambres avec terrasses et balcons décorés de plantes au premier étage avec une grande intimité, qui conserve son charme avec des plafonds ornés de fresques et de tuiles en bois; c'est aménagé avec des meubles anciens de grande valeur historique; une chambre a deux vieux lits et l'autre un lit double et un simple, salle de bain intérieure et privée, climatisation, ventilateur au plafond, réfrigérateur. La terrasse - balcon est un endroit agréable pour se détendre, lire ou déguster les repas. » Au rdc, la seconde chambre se trouve entre le salon et la cuisine. Le proprio vivait auparavant avec Sarahi à la porte à côté au 179 dans sa la plus vaste demeure originale; il habite à l'extérieur et peut ainsi proposer en location la casa au complet incluant les deux chambres et le salon et la cuisine. Bernardo est fier de rappeler être dans la version English de Lonely Planet, la Française de Petit Futé et l'originale allemande de Stefan Loose. |

 CASA BERNARDO Bernardo Irarragorri En una pequeña calle muy tranquila y centrica con su mobiliario colonial antiguo, Bernardo renta dos habitaciones como casa sola con aire acondicionado, dos camas con ventilador y cada una con baño privado, una al estilo de EE.UU. años cincuenta, con bidé. Alquilo dos habitaciones con terrazas y balcón ornamentada con plantas en el primer piso con gran privacidad, la cual conserva su estructura y encanto de frescos techos de madera y tejas de barro, esta amueblada con muebles muy antiguos de gran valor histórico, una habitación tiene dos antiguas camas matrimoniales y la otra una cama matrimonial y una personal, el baño es interior y privado con agua fría y caliente, tienen aire acondicionado y ventilador, refrigerador. Las terraza y el balcón son un lugar muy agradable para descansar, leer o bien desayunar y cenar. Usted puede degustar en nuestra casa de una buena comida cubana, marinera, vegetariana, hecha con productos frescos e higiénicos. Ofrecemos bebidas como mojitos, cervezas y otros tragos. Bernardo se enorgullece de tener en cuenta en la versión inglesa de Lonely Planet, la Frances del Petit Futé y el original en alemán del guia Stefan Loose. |
