Location — Vicente Suyama is off the entrance to the casco historico of Trinnidad at Piro Guinart street. The house is very close to the recently-located city-run parking. Jesus' casa is a young, 270-year old colonial whose back has been nicely modernized, rearranged and added upon with a second floor where the two bedrooms are located close to a nice roof terrace.

Both rental bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own ensuite bathroom and share, besides the roof terrace, a balcony spot partially shaded. Phone and laundry services.
On ground floor, there is another patio cum bar and terrace combined to the guests' dining area and a honesty-system fridge where guests can choose and mark their beverages. Juice and coffee are at will.

À la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée : dînette et frigo partagé (bière et eau) avec système de confiance : les clients notent leurs consommations. Jus et cafés à volonté. Desayuno 3cuc, repas 6-7cuc.
Stationnement assuré (2cuc) à 15 mètres. Anglais parlé. Le patron, très sympa, offre le mojito de bienvenue.
