The cedar high ceilings, the reinforced concrete floors, the mahogany doors and windows make this a truly rare Cuban baroque house. Just as unique, a billiards room with its sublime ceiling and a 10-foot stuffed (lucky us!) crocodile resting on one of the living room floors. Next, a living room accessible through an extraordinarily-detailed and decorated archway. A magnificent collection of icons, mirrors, clocks and period furniture.
The couple rents two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One (below) in Louis XV style is not air-conditioned albeit ventilated and has a double and a single bed; the other has air conditioning with two double beds.
The charming medium-size patio is partially shaded, an elevated veranda is replete with ornate columns and protected by a balustrade over an exterior staircase. meals are served.

Il l'a dotée de hauts plafonds en cèdre, de planchers en béton armé et de portes et fenêtres en acajou, un bel exemple de baroque cubain.
Salle de billard (rarissima) au plafond sublime et crocodile empaillé (ouf!) de 3m, étendu sur le plancher du salon, d'où le surnom affublé par le public. Immense salle à dîner reliée au billard par une étonnante, voire époustouflante arche mixtiligne à l'intrados richement décoré. Extraordinaire collection d'icônes, de miroirs, de pendules et de meubles anciens.
Le couple y loue deux chambres, chacune avec salle de bain privée. L'une, ventilée seulement, de style Louis XV avec un lit double et un simple (ci-bas) et l'autre de style Louis XVI, climatisée, avec deux lits doubles.
Patio charmant, véranda surélevée ornée de fines colonnades et protégée par une balustrade dominant un escalier extérieur. Repas servis.
